What you’d see

A sample of the list, with invented restaurants.

Real leads name the restaurant, link to the permit, license or article behind each stage and show the phone and email with their source. These five are made up to show the shape.

Three kinds of leads

Everything that matters to food, beverage and supply distributors.

Every plan includes all five kinds of leads. These are the three your list will lead with.

Openings, in five steps

Plans / announced, Permitting, Kitchen review, Licensed, Open reported. Each step comes from a dated public document, so you know how far along a kitchen really is.

City and county permits, planning agendas, DBPR plan review and licenses, local news
Owner changes

The state approves a new owner. New operators review the suppliers and contracts they inherit, usually in the first month.

Florida DBPR ownership approvals
Closings and empty spaces

A closing from the first report to the next business that files at the address, which is often a new restaurant that needs everything.

Local news, city business tax receipts, state license files
How it works

Three habits that pay for it in the first week.

  1. Tell us what you sell and who you want

Food, beverage, paper, smallwares, chemicals. Independents, local groups, chains or hotel kitchens. The list ranks itself for you.

  2. Work the ladder

Call at Kitchen review and Licensed, when the opening is real and the orders have not been placed. Watch Plans for the ones worth a drive-by.

  3. Keep what you have

Upload your customer list and hear when one changes owners or closes, before the new operator has met your competitor.

Questions

What food, beverage and supply distributors ask first.

Where do the opening leads come from?

City and county building permits, planning agendas, Florida DBPR plan reviews and licenses, business tax receipts and local news across Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, Brevard, Polk, Marion, Flagler and Sumter counties. Every stage links to the document behind it.

How early do you catch an opening?

Often at the site plan or first permit, months before the state license. ClueVi shows every stage it has found and the date of each, and says plainly when a place is not open yet.

Do I get the owner’s name and number?

When a public record names one. Each contact is labeled with where it came from: a state filing, a permit application, or the restaurant’s own site.

Which areas are covered?

Ten Central Florida counties today: Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, Brevard, Polk, Marion, Flagler and Sumter. The Florida plan adds every county we open next at no extra charge.
