Three kinds of leads

Everything that matters to pest control companies.

Every plan includes all five kinds of leads. These are the three your list will lead with.

Inspections

Every state visit that mentions roaches, rodents or flies, in the inspector’s own words, with whether a recheck is due, a fine was recommended or the kitchen was told to close.

How it works

Three habits that pay for it in the first week.

  1. Pick pests as your trade

ClueVi puts every pest citation at the top of your list and the Daily Brief, and keeps the rest of the record one tap away.

  2. Call before the recheck

Each lead says when the recheck is due. A kitchen with a fine recommended and a recheck in seven days is listening.

  3. Protect your own accounts

Upload your customer list. If one of your accounts is cited for pests, you hear it the same morning, before they call around.

Questions

What pest control companies ask first.

Where does the pest data come from?

From the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s public inspection reports. ClueVi reads every new report for Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, Brevard, Polk, Marion, Flagler and Sumter counties each morning, finds the lines that mention pests, and links each lead to the report itself.

How soon after the inspection do I see it?

Usually the morning after the state publishes the report. Every lead shows the inspection date and the date we read it, so you know how fresh it is.

Do I get a phone number?

Most cited kitchens come with the phone number from the state license file, labeled with its source. Emails come from the restaurant’s own site when it has one.

Which areas are covered?

Ten Central Florida counties today: Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, Brevard, Polk, Marion, Flagler and Sumter. The Florida plan adds every county we open next at no extra charge.
